Just started back up again and I'm on day 3. It's been 17 months since my last Barry's Bootcamp shpe up. Sad to say I've packed some weight back on. I believe in this program and it already feels good to get back in the groove of things.

 It’s 2:00 in the afternoon. You just ate lunch two hours ago and already you’re starving. But are you really hungry or are you just falling victim to a craving?

 

So how exactly do your distinguish between actual physical hunger and psychological hunger, or cravings? ...
