Hey Bootcampers! Barry's West Hollywood class kicks ass!!!!!!!

Hey Barry's Bootcamp fans!

I went to Barry's Bootcamp in West Hollywood today for the first time and it was GREAT! Barry is even scarier in person, and crazy too! I think you should all go at least one day if you can. I already want to go back. Barry is just as tough on the DVD but worst cause you can't mute him, LOL! I thought I was going to die in that class but everyone there was so nice, breaking in the new comer, it was the first time I have ran on a treadmill with out holding on to it. It is EVERYTHING I thought it would be and more. If I ever more back to L.A. I'm going to do the 5 day Academy for a month. YEAH BARRY YOU ROCK!!!!!! And you guys all rock too, every pound, and every inch matters, and DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!! I'm still going hiking tonight!

Arys - Sorry about your grandma. That happen to me in Feb and to tell you thr truth I never got back on track. I'm just at the point of I'll wake up and see if I want to work out and thankfully the answer has always been yes. I feel 16 again! And I'm kinda dating this guy who is active as well... This has changed me life. I want to hear how you are doing so keep me posted. I'm on my way to the gym I have been sugar crazy lately!

N-J, you are doing great and look it, too! I suggest everyone who can should take a class with Barry!

Arys - So sorry to hear about your loss, but you have the right attitude in getting back into the groove. exercise releases endorphins - the feel good neurotransmitters - and may actually help you cope with your grief. Take care everyone!

OMG N-J you look great, I am so happy for you. I kind of got off track for about a month when my grandma passed away a little over a month ago, but I am learning to live with the fact that she is no longer with us and started to do the boot camp again. Like my husband tells me, it's ok to fall but getting back up is a must. Congratulations on your great success.
