Hi. I'm Rachel. I'm an Air Force Wife. We are stationed in Germany at Ramstein. Same as you they just opened our new "mall" the KMCC and they actually carried this there. I was so excited but I still have 20 lbs to lose of the baby weight, same 20 since she was born 16 months ago. It's just holding on and it's not wanting to come off.
My other motivation is that in 4 months we PCS to Andersen AB on Guam and I'm SO ready to hit up the beach in my bikini and look good.

OK! So my Hubby is a Navy Seabee and has been gone with training for the past 5 months. He's coming home soon (we'll see for how long) and I have changed shape a bit since he left...is 'round' considered a shape lol? Anyway, I am in desperate need of some accountability and motivation!!! I have an 18 month old little girl and have done a lot of yo-yo dieting since having her. I am tired of the up and down action on the scale and ready to make some life changes!!! I have Barry's Bootcamp and am ready to get started (again) lol. We'll see how it goes... Good Luck Everyone!

We've been stationed here since 2005 Hubby will be home in Nov. So far so good with working out. Now to takle the eating.

I know it can be hard with 4 kids, but consistency is really the key.
I exercise first thing in the morning before I have time to talk myself out of it- but now I acually look forward to it.
I just try to eat better and more healthy.

Hellooooo Everybody! I am a Navy wife and I have 4 kids. (The oldest is 4 and the youngest is 7 months.) Husband is gone on deployment and I am trying to loose weight before he comes home. I have had barry's here for over a week but haven't been consistent. I plan on starting the work out today and I plan on watching my eating tomorrow morning. I live about an hour away from San Diego and I am just looking for a group to discuss the workouts and progress.

Just started this program today April 20th and trying to lose the last 10 pounds or so from my second son (gained about 60 pounds). I am still nursing so I know that might be a few pounds of it- but I want to get back in shape how I was while I was in the Marines.

So far I'm down 9 pounds, and the motivation of looking better for when he has leave is great for me! I'm also a student in Dietetics so I can help anyone out with nutrition questions if the like
