Purchased the other day...First workout kicked my butt!!
I'm excited about this program, I just need a little help staying motivated. I have plenty of reasons to lose weight, I've never been this big even when i was pregnant an it's really getting to me. My daughter graduates in two months an I want to look decent for it. I don't want to dread something thats so great because I feel bad about the way I look. I use to take diet pills when I wanted to lose weight quickly but after having several health issues I vowed not to do that anymore. I also got to the point they they weren't working for me anymore. I do miss the extra energy though, I feel drained all the time now. I've also been dealing with hypoglycemia from time to time. Sorry I wrote such a long introduction...I think this program will work if I can stick to it ;)

    Good luck Christina...I'm on day 3...this is the first time i've tried a regimented program...i found i'm much less sore today than i was after day 1
    i love excercise...portion control will be my main focus..love to eat..
    as far as online support goes, i've looked at a lot of the discussion threads and am amazed at the views to replies ratio and how long it takes to get replies...seems we're a little late for the party...i'm also taking guitar lessons and the online support is awesome...be that as it may...stick with it !!!!
