    YOU are the only reason I might take this program serious just from reading about it. You look phenomenal! How long did it take you? What did you weigh in the beginning? I really need to lose weight. Right now I weigh 245 lbs. I've never had any kids and I'm only 21. I'm a jazz dancer and trust me, being a dancer weighing what I do is ridiculous. Dancing is 1 of my biggest passions. I love it and am always trying to improve technique and study more forms and styles. I used to be a very active person. I love all sports and I know once I lose most of my weight I will easily be able to keep it off. I want to know if this really works. You hear success stories for every product, that's how they sell. I'm looking for something for real. For the ppl who aren't ******* around and are serious about losing and losing a lot and actually losing and keeping it off. And yeah, I'd like it to be quick but I'm not expecting over night. I am running and watching what I eat but so far haven't seen any results. I need something that is for sure going to work. My father, grandmother, and great grandmother all have diabetes. As well as my mother's father before he passed away and her sister and one of her brothers. All 4 of my mother's grandparents died of heart disease and we have strokes, cancer, and alcoholism in the family in large numbers as well. I want to get healthy and fit to save my life. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome as well. By being significantly overweight I gave myself a disease where I can't naturally have children right now, possibly ever and a skin condition where my skin turns a darker shade and is rough and dry. I want to change my life. I got to NOW, and now is better than never. So....is this worth the money? Is it going to work for me?

    Hello Aubrey. Yes I cannot do high impact see I was bed rest during my high risk pregnancy and gained 80 pounds and after the pregnancy my baby was getting sick after my walks due to the toxins coming out through the milk so the doctor told me no working out or walking until I was done breastfeeding. So my body is on a very bad shape specially for cardio. So I have been feeling like I'm not doing anything but if I try high impact I feel like I'm passing out and I only last about 3 minutes and I have to quit the work out.

    Hi! Thanks. I did the high impact from the start. I have heard of people doing the low impact though. Are you just starting out and can't do high impact? Or is it more than that? Sorry it took so long to write. Life has been way too busy lately.

    Were you doing low impact? If so how long it took you to start high impact?
    I'm really down and I don't think that I ever will do high impact or loose weight with low impact.. Please let me know .. thank you
