As the NFL football season gets into full gear and the Super Bowl looms, Americans across the country are going to be hunkering down in front of their TV sets for the big games. And to avoid missing a single moment of the action, many of them are going to be foregoing making lunch and dinner in favor of calling up their favorite pizza shop and tipping the delivery guy.

Although I don’t advocate indulging in it every weekend, pizza can be an okay meal option on occasion. Some pizzas, however, are better options than others. Let’s see how some of the most popular nationwide pizza chains stack up against one another, so you can make the best Bootcamping choice next football game day.

Domino’s

A slice of a large traditional tossed-crust cheese pizza contains 240 calories and 3.5 grams of saturated fat. However, for just 10 calories more and no extra fat, you can have a large slice of either Veggies Pizza or Grilled Chicken and Veggies Pizza. When you do so, you also get a nutritionally sound meal containing items from all four food groups.

Papa John’s

Securing a slight edge over Domino’s thanks to its thin crust options, a large slice of either Cheese or Garden Fresh thin crust from Papa John’s will set you back only 220 or 210 calories. The calorie savings, however, come at the expense of a bit more saturated fat: 4 to 5 grams per slice.

 Pizza Hut

For those of us who watch our nutritional intake, Pizza Hut delivers with its line of Fit ‘n Delicious pizzas. They only come in medium sizes, so your portions will be slightly smaller, but every single option comes in at under 200 calories per slice and a mere 1.5 grams of saturated fat per serving. The two best varieties for Bootcampers are the Diced Red Tomato, Mushroom & Jalapeño and the Green Pepper, Red Onion & Diced Red Tomato, both with 150 calories per slice.
