 I bet you can spend 10 minutes just telling me how you don’t even have 10 minutes to workout, let alone to spend a whole half hour at the gym, well I’m only asking for as long as it takes for you to read this, and then see if you’d rather spend those 600 seconds or making excuses or burning calories!

But, if all I can convince you of is 10 minutes here are the best ways to spend them.

Combo Calorie Crusher

·         1 minute quick march in place

·         1 minute lunges

·         1 minute jumping jacks

·         1 minute squats

·         1 minute push-ups

·         1 minute crunches

·         1 minute mountain climbers

·         1 minute tricep dips

·         1 minute jog in place

·         1 minute cool down march

Yoga for You

You may need to do some research to get a true visual because form is vital. Spend as much time in each pose as you like, but really try for at least a minute if it’s comfortable enough. 

1.       Sun Salutation

2.       Eagle Pose

3.       Lotus Pose

4.       Upward Facing Dog

5.       Crow Pose

6.       Headstand Pose

7.       Downward Facing Dog

8.       Plow Pose

9.       Warrior Stance

10.   Child Pose

Free Style

Ø  Spend 10 minutes doing any of the following cardio kickers:

Ø  Jump Rope

Ø  Combo of Martial Arts and Kickboxing Moves

Ø  Running up and down flights of stairs

Ø  Jogging

Ø  Dancing around to 3 favorite upbeat songs

Ø  Racing the kids

Ø  Sprinting around the block a few times.

Before you know it you’ll be looking forward to your 10 minute workout breaks and soon enough it’ll be 20 minutes, then 30, then you’ll wonder what you ever used to do with that time anyway!
