Wow! Congratulations. Your story is inspiring. I just started this program today and am pleased to know it is so popular. I was in denial for a few years not wanting to know what I really weighed. Well I finally found out I am considered Obese. According to this site I went on I have to lose 62 lbs to be normal. I would be happy with 30 or 40.... more

Just purchased

Hi, I just purchased my program from Target. I had never heard of it but got it at a great reduced price of $12.98. I didn't know it was so popular. I am about to try my first exercise session. I hope it is as good as most are saying it is.... more
