    Cindy:

I think your fabulous and love your encouragement on the tapes and also how you keep Barry in line! I was wondering at my age of 50 years, what exercises can we do that help more with our inner thighs?

hi cindy! just a couple questions.. first I love the dvd's I cant get enough of them!! I do the workouts everyday, but I have been getting frustrated. I am a new mother and my son is 5months old and I still have the post pregnancy belly!! I still cant even fit into my jeans that I once wore. My whole goal is to get back into shape for myself and my family. My husband is overseas right now and he's in the marine corps and he knows what it's like to be in shape, and I would like to suprise him when he gets home with the "hott" new me! any advise would be great!!! thanks so much

I still laugh on the Extreme 1000 calorie workout when Barry ask's you how old you are and you say 50. I know that's not your age or if it was planned, but he really seems to get you.

Hi Cindy--I am stuck and need some advice. I have been doing Bootcamp for 4 months now and have lost 23 pounds, which is wonderful..but now my weight loss has stopped(I've only lost 2 lbs. the entire month of February). I'm getting frustrated. I do Fatburner and Mission specialists an hour 6 days a week and track my calories on Fatburn.. What do I do now?? I would like to lose at least 15 more lbs. Help!!!

Hi Dawn-That's fine to eat breakfast after. Ideally, you should have a protein and complex carb, like oatmeal or wheat toast. It's great that you're going to add walking or running to your routine. If you're using your fatburn, it'll automatically calculate your calorie needs and tell you when you're eating over and even under your calorie needs. You can find your fatburn in your Barrys Bootcamp VIP login. Go to the homepage and up top is the login button.

I do the boot camp videos daily at 5:30 AM - I usually don;t eat before. I also supplement the new 1000 calorie video once a week. I'd like to move that to 2 days a week. Am I okay just eating breakfast afterm and if so, do I include some carbs with it. If I really want to step it up I may do 30 minutes of fast walking or running two days a week. If I do that what can I add to my food diary during the week?

    Thanks
    Dawn

One tip is to plan your meals and snacks. At the beginning of the week write out your meal and snack plan for the week. It makes it harder to cheat when you've written out what you're suppose to do.
If you're feeling pain - stop. Burn is good, pain is bad. You can stick with Cat on the exercises as well until you build up the strength. Keep in touch with the community -k.

I started 2 weeks ago. I have a really hard time doing the Lower workout, so I dont. My knee is bad and swelled when I did it. Without that though, I have still lose 15 inches. I do the Upper everyday and add a 12min extra workout everyother day. At day 14 I will do that everyday. Is there anyway to do it without the pain? Im sorry to say I have yet to lose any lbs. Im still struggling with the food issue. I count calories, but still tend to eat the "wrong" things every few days. With 4 kids and my hubby away in the Army, sometimes it's just easier to grab a quick unhealthy snack. And I know with my emotions on him being away, Im finding I eat my stress away-any suggestions on how to get myself on track? I would really like to see the lbs go as well.

I was reading that info about drinks and I was wondering if juice drinks like those of Odwalla were ok. I sometimes have a 16oz. one after a workout.

Hey Cindy, I wrote to you about 2 or more weeks ago under one of your topics about helping me with what I am eating. I can't find it now but I did write again the other day under your new blog but I thought it might be better if I just wrote to you here. You suggested that I keep a record of my food on Fatburn and then you could help me. I have been logging in to Fatburn for several weeks now so I was wondering if you could take a look at it and see if there is something that I may be doing wrong, maybe too many carbs or not enough of something else. I was eating around 1,200 calories but then once I lowered that, I started seeing results but only a few pounds. That's ok because I really want to lose and tone up. I don't have much to lose. However, I am stumped! It's been 8 weeks now and although I feel better and clothes fit better, measurements don't show it. How can that be? I know it's hard to get the measureing tape in the exact spot all the time but it should show inches lost if my clothes fit better shouldn't it? I had lost 6 lbs. but gained back 2. There has been one day a week when I wasn't as good as I should have been as far as eating is concerned but overall, I eat healthy and under 1,200 calories which could that be my problem? But on fatburn, the closer I get to 1,200 calories, the further away it says I am from reaching my goal! Sure does get a little confusing. Hope you can help. Let me know if it would be better to contact each other another way, please. I need your help! Thank you so very much! Take care! Anne
